Our long term commitment is your satisfactory. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 60 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you didnโt receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
Refunds
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Montreal Hub
You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message on Contact page.
Payments
Types of Payment
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Maestro, Visa Electron or American Express. However, we cannot guarantee that any messages transmitted over the Internet, including those that include credit card details, will not be corrupted or intercepted by a third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montreal Hub excludes all liability for the integrity of any messages sent to or received from our site. The cardholders bank or card issuer will decide the exchange rate to charge the customer in their local currency.
3D Secure
Your Security is our main priority. 3D Secure (3DS) is the technical standard developed by Visa and MasterCard to combat online credit card fraud. Cardholders who have registered for Verify by Visaยฎ or MasterCard SecureCodeยฎ use their password to validate their identity whenever they make a purchase on our website. We do not have access to your 3D Secure password.
